The student is absent, but the student or the parent doesn’t want me to tag the lesson absent.

It’s important to keep your composure while dealing with parents. You may let them know that this will be reported to the admins and that they can contact CH Support via Student’s app to ask assistance.

According to the process, if there were no technical issues encountered in class and purely the student was absent, you need to tag the lesson STUDENT ABSENT. Nothing to worry as all of these are documented- lessons are recorded. Please make sure you have secured screenshots as well for your own documentation.
