The student/parent doesn't like the lesson material. What can I do so a lesson memo can still be qualified after class?

Stay in AC until end of lesson time, then here is what you can do, teacher:

1. First, advise student to contact CS (Chinese Support) via their Student’s app. That way, they can be given options about the lesson material being booked.

2. If not possible for parent/student to do that, offer a FreeTalk class (be careful on selecting your topics and avoid the TABOOs).

3. If FreeTalk was conducted for at least 10 minutes continuous or more, POST A LESSON MEMO for the class.

4. If no FreeTalk or any lesson conducted until end of lesson time- due to the situation, you may mark the lesson as STUDENT ABSENT.
