There were two (or more) students in the AC, how can I know who to make the lesson memo for? Also, is this allowed?
This rarely happens but surely, this will test your flexibility as a teacher!
​First, take screenshots for documentation.
Embrace the situation and conduct the lesson with your usual best and post proper lesson markings based on how the lesson went. Also, make sure to focus on the student who is booked in the lesson time (the student named in MyPage > Booking schedule), without letting the other student/s feel they are outcast.

Do not worry as this can be reported!
With the screenshot/s you took while in class and the details of the lesson, please chat or send an offline ticket to Lesson Support Team so this multiple-student instance can be raised to admins. Rest assured this will be attended.
