The student is experiencing a technical issue while in the lesson time. She left and did not return. All is well on my end. Should I mark the lesson student absent immediately?
The student might be experiencing technical issues.
What you can do is to advise the student to contact CH support via their Student app for assistance. Also, note the details on what time the student entered the class, if the lesson was conducted for 10 minutes or less, or if the lesson was conducted fully or totally not.
More importantly, whenever there are suspected lesson issues in class that hugely affected the lesson time, please report to the Technical Support Team FIRST so the lesson can be tech-checked. You will surely be advised on what to do next.
