The student left without saying anything on the 13th minute. Should I post a lesson memo or tag the lesson as student absent? 

Lesson memo can be posted if there was at least 10 minutes uninterrupted lesson, before student left.

 

Stay until end of lesson time so you will not incur a 'leave early' tagging and corresponding penalty.
