I can't tag a student absent. System is not accepting it.

Did you already check the size of the screenshot you are attaching in the Student absent tagging bubble?

Please make sure that the size of each screenshot/s you are attaching on the Student absent tagging box is not exceeding 2MB.

You can check the properties of the image by going to your PC files, right-click the image then choose 'Properties'.

If error still persist knowing your screen shots' sizes are correct, you may try to apply the following troubleshooting steps to fix this:

• Clear your browser history/ clear caches and cookies.
• Try signing in to your account from a different internet browser.
• Try to open an incognito tab on your browser and access this alternative link for MyPage:
